2020 DCCA “Paignton” Congress: Decision to be taken in early May
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the organisers of the 2020 DCCA “Paignton” Congress will be taking a decision by the first week of May on whether the Congress can take place in September 2020 as originally planned.
Many chess events that were set to take place in July or August 2020 – including the British Championships – have already made the decision to cancel, and we are hoping that the picture for September will become clearer in a few weeks’ time.
We hope you understand and are grateful for your patience and support. To avoid potential confusion, we will not be releasing the tournament leaflet or opening up the entry system at the current time.
